Shipping policy

  • We usually operate with a one day handling time, could be 2 days.
  • We use multiple carriers:
    • Purolator
    • Poste Canada
    • Loomis
    • GLS/Dicom
    • Midland
    • UPS
    • LTL carriers, etc.
  • Orders will usually be delivered within 2 to 5 business days
  • There is no Express, Same Day or Next Day options
  • Shipping fees are as indicated at checkout
  • Return shipping:
    • We will supply return shipping labels
    • If our team is at fault, we will supply prepaid freight labels so items can be returned to our warehouse.
    • If the customer or the recipient is at fault, freight fee will be at their expense.
